Delete your Horizons360 account

Horizons360 is the mobile inspection app operated by Open Horizons RV, LLC. You can permanently delete your account and associated data using the app or by contacting support.
Delete your account in the app (recommended)
- Open the Horizons360 app on your phone.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read the confirmation message, then tap to continue.
- Enter your account password and confirm deletion.
- After success, you will be signed out and your account deletion will be processed.
This option is available to company owners and technicians who have an active Horizons360 login.
Important
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. After you confirm deletion, you will lose access to inspections, reports, photos, and other data linked to your account.
What data is deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, phone number)
- Company and technician account information tied to your login
- Inspection schedules, notes, and workflow data
- Uploaded inspection photos and generated PDF reports
- Report pricing and delivery status associated with your account
What data may be kept
- Billing and subscription records required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes
- Information we must retain to comply with law or resolve disputes
Some records may be kept for a limited period as required by applicable law (for example, up to seven years for certain financial records).
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by email:
- Send an email from your registered account address to support@OpenHorizonsRV.com
- Use the subject line: Delete my Horizons360 account
- Include your full name, company name (if applicable), and the email address used to sign in
We will verify your request and process deletion within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days of verification.
