We regularly assist customers with claims through providers such as Assurant, Brinkley RV, CornerStone United, ECP (EasyCare Protection), GWC Warranty, and other warranty administrators. If your provider is not listed, contact us—we can often work with additional companies on a case-by-case basis.

How the Warranty Process Works

Every warranty claim begins with a diagnostic evaluation. This allows us to identify the root cause of the issue, document our findings, and provide the information required by your warranty company for review and approval.

1. Diagnose

We perform a thorough diagnostic evaluation and document the failure.

2. Submit

We provide photos, notes, estimates, and supporting documentation to the warranty provider.

3. Approval

The warranty company reviews the claim and determines coverage.

4. Repair

Once authorization is received, repairs can be scheduled and completed.

Important Information

Warranty coverage is determined solely by the manufacturer, extended warranty provider, or service contract administrator. Open Horizons RV does not determine what is covered, denied, or partially approved.

Diagnostic fees apply to all warranty claims and may or may not be reimbursed by your warranty provider. Warranty-related services often require additional time for documentation, claim submission, and communication with the warranty company.

Approval timelines vary by provider and may depend on inspections, photographs, estimates, or additional documentation. Parts availability, shipping delays, and warranty company response times can also affect repair schedules.

If a claim is denied, partially approved, or exceeds coverage limits, the customer is responsible for any remaining balance not covered by the warranty provider.
